Studied at Hans Brenå’s ballet school for children 1946-51

Accepted for The Royal Danish Ballet School 1951

Apprentice 1959, Ballet dancer 1961, Principal dancer 1967

Teachers: Hans Brenå, Erik Bruhn, Vera Volkova, Stanley Williams, Edite Frandsen and Toni Lander.

Studied in Paris, France with Mme Nora Kiss and Michaël Retznikoff, 1961.

Reconstruction and notation of Balletmaster Hans Beck’s class notes from 1893 (in the Royal Library) : ”Bournonville Ballet Technique” accompanied by music booklet and video, published in 1992 in colaboration with Dr.phil. Knud Arne Jürgensen

Published in 2001 the auto-biography ”Når cypressen blomstrer” (When the cypress is in bloom)

Filmed interviews with 5 former Principal Dancers from the Royal Danish Ballet.
